Masterminding Your Way To Joyful Wealth
My sister always says 1+1 = more than 2. She’s right. The synergy of
working together to expand our business, our consciousness, or vision
has been proven to be invaluable.
From Napoleon Hill, to Jack Canfield, to John Assaraf, creating mastermind
groups is a shortcut to maximizing success.
John Assaraf in his blog today inspired me to put in this entry.

How to Form a Mastermind Group:
- Align yourself with people who wish to grow in both business and personal areas and who have similar values
- Compose a Mission Statement that outlines the group’s vision and purpose
- Select a Leader, either permanent or to serve in terms
- Set up weekly, biweekly or monthly meetings
- Prepare an agenda for each meeting -90 minutes/1 day
- Rotate first speaker in meeting to ensure each member’s needs are addressed
One of the hazards of working from home for ourselves is a tendency to
isolate. A Mastermind group gives us the opportunity to exchange ideas
and add new infusion of creativity to our thinking. It is important to align
ourselves with like-minded individuals, who may or may not be part of
our industry.
If you don’t have specific people you can create your group with, create
one in your mind’s eye. Who are the authors, business leaders, people you
would like to emulate in your life? When I have a question or dilemma,
I often envision myself in a circle with John Assaraf, Mark Victor Hansen,
Andy Andrews, Michael Losier, Kevin Trudeau. I ask myself what they might
say or suggest. I call forward the parts of myself that resonate with these
people and picture them on my own winning team.
I also have certain partners I call daily–we uplift and inspire one another.
We share our wins and things we’ve learned to help one another. We are
accountable to keep agreements. We are solution oriented and raise vibrations.
Think of 5 people in your world that you might form a Mastermind group with.
Think of 5 people to mastermind with in your vision.
Take the action to call at least one of those people in the next hour.

Hi my name is Sharon Gist and I’ve been self employed for over 20 years. I’ve had an unusual journey that led me from teaching to corporate executive to Licensed Professional family counselor and back into business for myself.
Thank for for the share! I think its so important for people of “like minds” to get together. So many great things can happen. Keep up the great work!
